Conditions Available:
Depending on your specific usage and application requirements, our Bright Bars are offered in three distinct conditions:
1. Cold Drawn: This process involves drawing the steel through a die to achieve the desired shape and size. Cold-drawn Bright Bars exhibit excellent surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and enhanced mechanical properties.
2. Peeled & Ground: The surface of these Bright Bars is meticulously peeled to remove any imperfections, providing a smooth and flawless finish. Additionally, the bars undergo grinding to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and exceptional roundness.
3. Turned & Polished: Through a precision turning process, our Bright Bars acquire a smooth and reflective surface, offering a refined appearance suitable for decorative applications.
Size Range:
We understand that each project is unique, which is why our Bright Bars come in a comprehensive size range:
- Rounds: Dia 5mm to 160mm / 1/5" to 5.1/2"
- Squares: 2x2 mm to 63.5x63.5mm / 1/12" to 2.1/2"
- Flats: 2mm to 50mm thickness x 3mm to 150mm width
- Hexagons: 2mm A/F to 63.5mm A/F
Length:
Our Bright Bars are available in maximum lengths of up to 8,200mm. Additionally, we offer cut-to-length bars to ensure that you receive the exact size you need for your project.
Tolerances:
We maintain high-quality standards and offer Bright Bars with precision tolerances ranging from h9 to h11, ensuring that our products meet the most demanding specifications.
